I don’t usually bother reporting on the Tony Awards as the attendees typically dress more like bohemians than gentlemen.  However, formal wear’s conservative wave  seems to have swept up even these sartorial iconoclasts as you can see below.

    Neil Patrick Harris didn’t even make the cut for sartorial splendor, hosting duties notwithstanding. He wore a rather plain three-piece suit with a maroon bow tie throughout the show. C’est tragique.
